Job Description
As an Indirect Sales Manager, you will be in charge of building, training, and managing independent sales agents and distributors who will work in partnership with Lexroom.Ai to distribute our product in Italy and beyond.
* Build relationships with sales agents and distributors across Italy and beyond.
* Set sales goals and pace for the team.
* Ensure alignment between Lexroom.Ai internal team and indirect sales agents.
* Provide necessary information, materials, and support to the sales network and keep them engaged and part of the community.
Requirements
1. 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment as a consultant, sales ops or sales-related roles.
2. Experience in building and managing a team, with a track record of getting things done in a context of ambiguity.
