* Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
* Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
* Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
* Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
* Managing the sales process through CRM

* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Support back office sales team
* Attending direct clients: information, booking & ticketing
* Keep records of client transactions
* Delivering reports and presentations
* Participating in sales team meetings
