Job Description Summary: We're seeking an Account Director to oversee projects and develop client relationships. Key responsibilities include strategic project supervision, marketing strategy development, and budget management.
* Supervise existing projects to expand the business and develop successful client-company relationships.
* Lead the definition of marketing and communication strategies with clients.
* Support the Managing Director in managing project budgets and finalizing offers, checking progress regularly with the production team.
* Coordinate the Account team on assigned clients to achieve revenue and business development goals, improving profitability.
* Work with the Account team to achieve short- and long-term growth objectives, collectively and individually.
* Analyze client management regularly, suggesting optimizations to reduce costs and implement up-selling and cross-selling activities.
* Support the Managing Director in strategic client relationships, ensuring significant development over the medium- to long-term.
Requirements:
* University degree in economics and/or science or specialized training in advertising, digital, and/or audiovisual production.
* At least 5 years of experience in the role.
* Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and budgeting, cost analysis, and management control elements.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and commercial communication skills.
* Strategic analysis and project management, planning, and people skills.
* Strong decision-making autonomy.
