Founded in 2006 by skiers Camille Jaccoux & Bruno Compagnet and industrialist Christophe Villemin, blackcrows specializes in freeride and touring skis, as well as technical outdoor clothing. Distributed worldwide, our premium-positioned brand benefits from an excellent footprint on the European market and is currently experiencing very strong growth on the North American market.
Based in Chamonix Mont-Blanc and Paris, and recently also established in California, the brand has retained its DNA of combining design and performance in its products.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Sales Manager Italy, and under his direct responsibility as well as that of the sector manager, you will be responsible for representing the black crows brand in Italy.
As a real support to the sales manager, you will be in charge of the following missions:
Responsibilities:
1. Sales
* Present and sell our hardgoods collections made available to you;
* Present and sell our Tech Apparel collections available to you.
* Develop existing customers vs. corporate strategy through training, local promotions or events;
* Develop the sales of the customer portfolio by optimizing product categories and maximizing the potential of each customer;
* Propose and lead sales operations with our main customers;
* Optimize product visibility at points of sale;
* Ensure restocking for customers in the area;
* Resale of test fleets in France using the tools provided.
2. Marketing
* Ensure promotional actions in the field: Ski test, trade shows, clinics;
* Monitor and feed back information from the field internally (market knowledge, customer by customer, resort by resort, by strategic city, competition, distribution, events, pricing, etc.);
* Produce weekly activity reports.
Key competencies and profile:
* Trained in sales or marketing, preferably in the outdoor, sporting goods, or apparel industries. You are looking for a learning and rewarding experience in a fast-growing and dynamic company.
* You have a good command of sales techniques which, combined with your listening skills and sense of customer service, will enable you to provide the management and service expected by our customers, while respecting a commitment to achieving and developing our sales.
* Autonomy, organization and method will be the necessary assets for the success of this position.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Italian and English required, French is a plus.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographical area.
