Our expertise spans strategic consultancy, creative direction, advertising production, event & experiences, and social media management. We help brands elevate their presence and connect with audiences in meaningful ways. We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented New Business Developer to join our team and drive our growth in these exciting sectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Amplify our business: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, focusing on luxury and lifestyle brands.
2. Strategic Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract high-profile clients in sectors such as beauty, fashion, hospitality, jewellery, travel, design and lifestyle.
3. Collaborative Sales Leadership: Work closely with the agency's General Manager and Head of Units to align on business development goals and ensure smooth handovers from contract phase to client servicing.
4. Networking Excellence: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, leveraging your connections to open doors with decision-makers in target markets.
5. Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research with the support of the internal strategy team to understand emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth within the luxury and lifestyle domains.
REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 8 years of experience in a creative / content production / event agency with international clients.
2. A proven, solid track record of acquiring and managing clients and an extensive network of contacts that align with Spring’s business focus (fashion, beauty, jewelry, design, lifestyle, hospitality, automotive, FMCG, Fin-tech, Finance/Private banking).
3. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
6. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
7. Understanding of the global landscape for luxury brands, including cultural nuances and regional preferences.
