For our direct stores in Milan - BOSS & HUGO Cordusio, we are looking for a brilliant and dynamic STORE MANAGER.
His/Her objective will be to manage the store as a whole and to ensure that productivity, sales and profitability targets are achieved and exceeded.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Store Manager represents the brand and acts as proactive manager and sales professional, guiding, coaching, monitoring and managing all areas of Store and his staff to achieve sales targets.
The role includes the following activities and responsibilities:
* Accountable for driving the team to achieve the location’s performance targets and KPIs and define action plans for short and long term target achievements.
* Analysing sales and shop performance on a daily basis in order to improve and achieve expected business results (KPI analysis, competitor analysis, briefings, communications, action plans, reports etc.).
* Identify, attract, select and develop talents in cooperation with the Area Manager and the HR department.
* Guide, develop and train staff to ensure proper coaching in the onboarding phase (Sell Like a Boss, the Five Sales Principles and Techniques, Hugo Boss Experience Programme, HB University, SOM etc.).
* Supervise and manage staff performance appraisals.
* Create and maintain a positive working environment, coordinating and implementing all those activities necessary to achieve objectives, keep the staff motivated and trained.
* Be responsible for the correct interpretation and implementation of key business processes and procedures (e.g. collection training, merchandising management and feedback, model store and VM guidelines).
* Be responsible for managing the warehouse, according to company standards, ensuring proper management of goods and positive inventory results.
* Prevent loss proactively and protect the company's data, goods, funds and assets, in compliance with Transaction and Loss Prevention procedures.
* Be responsible for the commercial objectives of the shop, through the creation of action plans - shared with the Area Manager - aimed to reach targets and be compliant with P&L.
* Ensure the development of CRM initiatives, to improve the quality of the data collected and participate in building the right customer network to impact the business.
* Ensure that all customer-related situations are handled correctly in accordance with company procedures.
* Be responsible for shop opening/closing operations and back office administrative activities (reporting, transfers, opening/closing of tills, retail teamwear etc.).
* Act as Brand Ambassador, promoter and guarantor of the brand values and philosophy by ensuring excellent customer service, in order to achieve and exceed business objectives.
* Advanced use of all Corporate Systems (BIS, SAP, SOVIA, MOCCA, OMNICHANNEL, ZUCCHETTI, etc.).
* Ensure the correct application of compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profile
- Experience as a Store Manager for at least 3 years in a Fashion Company.
- Strong numerical skills and experience in managing Stores with KPIs.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- High leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated).
- Basic knowledge of the Office package.
