The Store Manager Role at The Bridge S.P.A.
The Store Manager of new openings in key locations, including Roma Termini, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the boutique, aligning with the commercial strategy set by The Bridge's management. This includes supervising staff members in their daily activities, such as coaching, training, and providing assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth
* Supervise and motivate store staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
* Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising displays
* Collaborate with the Retail Manager to achieve company goals and objectives
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
* Proven retail management experience with a track record of success
* Strong leadership and communication skills
