WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
2. Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent
3. Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
4. Develop strategic plan to drive salesthrough business analytics and achieving productivity goals
5. Create foot traffic through community involvement
6. Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment
7. Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
8. 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
