**Visual Merchandiser - Italy**
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring the perfect execution of LVMH Beauty Brands merchandising strategies and image coherence in Italy.
Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, the chosen candidate will interface daily with all business functions of the Beauty Division's Maisons in Italy and with various HQ correspondents at the Headquarters in Paris following Global guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a locally tailored Merchandising Plan, aligned with the international strategy, including budget and action definition;
* Design all local doors according to global architecture guidelines, adapting the concept to each specific configuration;
* Maintain roll out of merchandising materials for specific design requirements across points of sale;
* Coordinate with local suppliers and buying teams, monitoring activities for quality-cost relations and timing;
* Analyze and elaborate projects and merchandising settings within points of sales (perfumeries, department stores, and boutiques) to ensure optimal product visibility;
* Ensure consistent, effective, and qualitative merchandising elements across all stores through continuous collaboration with sales force and marketing team;
* Organize merchandising product planograms and oversee VM display implementation, adhering to HQ guidelines;
* Monitor competitor solutions and react by improving or adapting LVMH Beauty products and Brand visibility in points of sales;
* Update and communicate accurate information on Merchandising, distribution, and projects via regional and global reporting;
* Develop scenography for corners, focus points, animations, and product exhibitions, scaling it down for counters;
* Visit stores to check implementation and ensure perfect execution.
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a retail/luxury company (previous experience in the beauty sector is a plus)
* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Excellent relational skills with an entrepreneurial attitude
* Very strong computer skills (e.g., Rhinoceros, AutoCad, Photoshop & Illustrator, 3D Max, and Sketchup)
* Problem-solving, teamwork, flexibility
* Fluent in English
