A Junior Store Manager for our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì (Mondovicino Outlet Village)
Job Description
As a Junior Store Manager, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence, managing the daily operations and strategic management of the store.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness, and completeness of the range.
You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness, and kindness.
You will report directly to the Area Manager in charge and play a key role in assisting the team and contributing to the store's overall success.
Main Responsibilities
* Supporting the customer in the sale;
* Maintaining, managing, and handling merchandise on display;
* Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
* Managing cashier operations;
* Operational coordination of the internal staff in collaboration with the assigned Area Manager (definition and management of store staff schedules, monitoring of store performance, and KPIs).
Requirements
At least 2 years of previous experience as a Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Assistant in an established retail reality (fashion or footwear field);
Knowledge of store management dynamics, KPIs, and staff scheduling management;
Knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
The ideal candidate has excellent ability to coordinate and manage staff, ambition, and desire for growth. Flexibility and motivation complete the profile.
