Store Manager - NEW OPENING / Roma Termini

Reports to: Retail Manager
General Role
The Store Manager of new opening in Roma Termini is in charge of all aspects of the boutique, in line with the commercial strategy approved by the management of The Bridge, including supervising staff members in all their activities (coaching, training and assisting them in)
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage store operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on coaching, training, and personnel development
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
• Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain a well-organized store environment
• Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and building loyalty
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and store operations best practices
