Responsibilities
* Operational Management of the Store (located in Via Della Spiga 33, Milan)
* Daily management activities of the store.
* Planning and implementation of visual merchandising strategies, ensuring that products are attractively presented and consistent with the brand image.
* Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Inventory management, including receiving goods, inventory control, and order planning to prevent overstocking or product shortages.
Customer Assistance
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues effectively.
* Supervise and train store staff on effective sales techniques and customer service standards.
* Promote loyalty programs and other promotional initiatives to encourage repeat sales and enhance the customer experience.
Sales and Promotions
* Monitor store sales performance and contribute to the definition of sales goals and strategies.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and special events in-store.
* Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to propose improvements or changes to product and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Administration
* Prepare regular sales reports and other management reports for supervisors.
* Ensure that all financial transactions in the store are handled with integrity and transparency.
* Maintain accurate documentation related to sales, returns, exchanges, and other commercial transactions.

Requirements
