We are seeking a skilled pizza maker to join our team in the Conca D'oro area. Our ideal candidate will have experience with hand-tossed pizzas and a passion for delivering high-quality products.


Job Description:

* Prepare dough and ingredients for making pizzas by hand
* Cook pizzas in a wood-fired oven or on a stone hearth
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards


Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience as a pizzaiolo (pizza maker)
* Knowledge of traditional Neapolitan pizza-making techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
* Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods


Working Hours:

Full-time position, Monday through Saturday, approximately 40 hours per week
